PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("Terms") CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS FORM A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN Salora Capital Limited AND YOU. BY CLICKING ON "I ACCEPT" OR "I AGREE" OR BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING THE MOBILE APPLICATION, OR USING THE SERVICES ON THE WEBSITE OR OTHERWISE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE LoanInTap PLATFORM OR SERVICES.
DEFINITIONS:
"Application" or "App" means LoanInTap, the mobile application developed and operated by the Company for providing Services.
"LENDER" means a non-banking financial company or bank partnered with the Company, which sanctions and disburses the Loan through the Platform.
"Company" or "we" means Salora Capital Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at W-23, 3rd Floor, Naveen Shahdra Colony, Shahdara, Delhi – 110032.
"Customer(s)" or "you" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform or Services.
"Loan" means the credit facility applied for through the Platform and granted by the LENDER, subject to the Loan Agreement.
"Loan Agreement" means the agreement executed between you and the LENDER, in physical or electronic form.
"Online Stores" means Android Play Store, iOS App Store, or any other platform where the App is made available.
"Outstanding Amount(s)" means the total payable amount including principal, interest, and applicable charges.
"Platform" means the LoanInTap mobile application and website collectively.
"Services" means loan-related services including application, processing, and facilitation of loans by the LENDER.
"Third Party Platforms" means external platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, or similar services.
"User Data" means all data, documents, and information submitted by you while using the Services.
"Website" means www.loanintap.com operated by the Company.
"Platform" is used as a combined reference for both the mobile application and website of LoanInTap.
SERVICES :
Through the Platform, you can apply for a Loan subject to eligibility criteria defined on the website or mobile application.
You understand that the Company acts as a facilitator and has been authorized by the LENDER to collect, verify, and process your information, including tracking location where required, to support loan approval.
To use the Services, you must fill out the application form on the website or mobile application and provide required User Data. This may include:
- ● Personal details such as name, contact information, and date of birth
- ● Financial information such as bank statements, salary details, PAN, and account details
- ● Credit information and KYC-related data
- ● Device and usage-related information as required for verification
You agree that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.
The Company may also retrieve or verify your information through third-party platforms where permitted.
All actions performed by the Company are based on your consent and instructions. You also authorize the Company to obtain your credit report from credit bureaus.
Once your application is submitted and verified, the LENDER may approve the Loan based on its internal policies and eligibility criteria. Approval is not guaranteed.
Upon approval, you may be required to complete additional documentation such as ECS/NACH mandates or other required forms. Loan disbursal will be done as per the agreed terms.
You are required to repay all Outstanding Amount(s) on or before the due dates mentioned in the Platform or Loan Agreement.
You acknowledge that uninstalling or discontinuing the app does not remove your repayment obligations.
The Company may track your location during and after use of the Services until all dues are cleared.
LICENSE :
License to use the App:
You must be legally eligible to enter into this agreement. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the App for personal purposes. The App is licensed to you and not sold.
Scope of License:
You may use the App on supported devices such as mobile phones or tablets via official app stores.
Maintenance & Support:
The Company may provide updates or support from time to time but is not obligated to do so.
Updates/Upgrades:
New features or updates may be introduced. Failure to update the App may limit functionality.
RESTRICTIONS:
You agree not to:
- ● Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
- ● Provide false or misleading information
- ● Copy, reproduce, or misuse any part of the Platform
- ● Upload or share harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
- ● Attempt to disrupt or damage the Platform or its services
Violation may result in suspension and legal action.
CONTENT AVAILABLE:
The Platform may contain content for general information purposes. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such content.
The information provided should not be treated as financial, legal, or investment advice.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF THE COMPANY:
All content, design, technology, and trademarks on the Platform are owned by the Company.
You are not permitted to use, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES:
Third-Party Links:
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites.
The Company:

- ● Is not responsible for their content or services
Use of such websites is at your own risk.
ANCILLARY SERVICES:
The Platform may offer additional features such as reviews, chat, or feedback sections.
You agree not to misuse these features or engage in any illegal or inappropriate activities.
Information available through such features should not be considered professional advice.
TERMINATION:
The Company may suspend or terminate your access if:

- ● You fail to repay dues
- ● Required by law
Termination does not affect your obligation to repay Outstanding Amount(s).
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The Company does not guarantee:
- ● Continuous or error-free operation
- ● Accuracy of results
- ● Availability at all times
INDEMNITY:
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims arising due to:
- ● Violation of these Terms
- ● Misuse of Services
- ● Violation of applicable laws
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY :
The Company is not liable for:
- ● Indirect or financial losses
- ● Service interruptions or delays
- ● Data loss or system failures
FORCE MAJEURE:
The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond its control such as natural disasters, technical failures, or regulatory changes.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
CHANGE:
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.
CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION:
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
MISCELLANEOUS:
These Terms, along with the Loan Agreement and Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and the Company.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid.
